This 1902 bungalow in Denver’s West Highlands neighborhood was a tightly compartmentalized timepiece that was itching for a modern makeover. We touched every room in the house and added a few bonus spaces as well - office, powder room, a full primary suite and an attic conversion to a kids room that we could only dream to have had growing up.
