This wonderfully quirky 1960’s home in University, CO was the perfect canvas to bring in a modern flare to a smattering of quirky materials and an outdated layout. The full scope was a main-level kitchen layout rework bringing the sectioned space into an open plan with a hidden powder room set among cabinets as well as a primary bath upgrade.
